St. Rose of Lima's Parish has my permission to use photographs of me and my family on the parish website, newsletter, Facebook page and other promotional or news related articles. 

Medical Information

We/I give our/my permission for my son/daughter to attend St. Rose of Lima CCD Religious Education Program.  It is understood that all responsible caution will be taken to prevent accidents and/or injuries.  In the event of an accident/injury, we/I hereby release the Diocese of Cheyenne, St. Rose of Lima Parish, the Priest, Deacon, Sister, Employees and Volunteer Staff from any financial liability, whatsoever, resulting from or in any manner arising out of any injury or damage, which may be incurred on account of my child's participation.

CCD Attendance Policy

Students must be registered to attend classes. Please read this Attendance Policy and sign and date. Please contact Megan Griggs via call/text with any questions at 402-750-1035.  Parents are asked to call the Religion Education office at 307-532-3155 or text Megan at 402-750-1035 prior to class time when a student will be absent.  Please leave a message if necessary.  Parents of absent students (non-excused) will be contacted to ensure student safety.

All classes are held on Wednesdays.

• Preschool - 2nd Grade:  meet from 4:30-5:30 PM. Snacks served 3:50 - 4:30 PM.

• 3rd Grade - Confirmation:       meet from 6:30-7:30 PM. Dinner served from 6:00 - 6:30 pm.

• Youth Group:      meet from 6:30-7:30 PM. Dinner served 6:00 - 6:30 PM.

SACRAMENTAL CLASSES

First Communion:      class candidates may not miss more than four classes. Parents will be informed after two absences. To complete the preparation necessary for making First Communion and Reconciliation, the student will need to attend additional classes if there are absences. These will be determined by the teacher and parents.

Confirmation:  has a two-year preparation time, during the sixth and seventh grades and these students may not miss more than four classes each school year. Parents will be informed after two absences each school year. If there are absences, to complete the preparation necessary to receive this sacrament, the student will need to attend additional classes. These will be determined by the teacher and parents.

Confirmation Requirement:  In addition to a two-year class preparation, students must attend Confirmation classes the fall of their eight grade year until Confirmation. Every class is mandatory, and if missed, will require make-up work/time.

Youth Group meets from 6:30 - 7:30 PM on Wednesday nights. Dinner is provided starting at 6:00 PM so students are able to come straight to Youth Group after activities/sports.
